My name is Louise Crosby, and I decided to venture into a new way of working after many years of experience as a Personal Assistant in a number of professions including banking, education, the NHS, recruitment and business training.

Due to my son being born deaf, my life took a very different path for a number of years and in order to fulfil his potential I became a communicator in British Sign Language supporting young deaf students in college. Now that he is more independent I am able to follow my new adventure. 

I am married and have three grown up children and a Spaniel, who is a hearing dog for my son. I am based in Brighton in the South East, a beautiful place from which to live and work.

Essence allows me to achieve my work life balance;

spending time with my family, riding horses, travelling to new places and music concerts.
